Troy Aikman Surprises Fans with Rare Glimpse Into His Private Life New

Troy Aikman Surprises Fans with Rare Glimpse Into His Private Life

Dallas Cowboys legend Troy Aikman shared rare photos with his girlfriend, Marisa Howard, to celebrate her 40th birthday.  “Happy Birthday Beautiful ❤️,” Aikman, 59, posted via Instagram on Sunday, October 4, alongside a carousel of pictures of Howard. The NFL legend and Howard have kept their relationship very low-key. The pair were photographed together at the Children’s Cancer Fund’s 35th Anniversary Gala in April 2025. D Magazine confirmed they were dating two months later.  Howard vacationed in Croatia with Aikman and his two daughters — Jordan, 25, and Ally, 24 — in June, which Aikman showed off via Instagram. Aikman shares his daughters with his first wife, Rhonda Worthey, who he was married to from 2000 to 2011. He was married to his second wife, Capa Mooty, from 2017 to 2023.  Marisa shares two daughters of her own with her ex-husband, Frank Howard Jr., according to D Magazine. She filed for divorce in July 2024, though it is unclear whether the divorce has been finalized.  A former model, Marisa is also a children’s book author and creator of the Sissies Adventures Series, which “celebrates the gift of sisterhood while joyfully exploring new destinations.”  Aikman, who is now the color analyst for ESPN’s Monday Night Football, called the end of his second marriage his “rock bottom.” “For me, contentment was always a four-letter word,” he told The Athletic in September 2024. “I never wanted to be content. I didn’t wanna be around anyone who was content. That’s just not a place I could land.” While Aikman keeps his relationship with Marisa close to the vest, he does not shy away from gushing about his daughters on social media.  “I’ve had a front-row seat watching you become such an amazing young woman. Couldn’t be more proud of you and equally as proud to be your Dad. Happy birthday Jordan, I love you ❤️,” Aikman shared via Instagram in August. Aikman shared a birthday message to his younger daughter the month before.  “Happy 24th birthday to my beautiful daughter, Ally,” he posted via Instagram in July. “Twenty-four years ago, you blessed my life and you’ve brought that same light, kindness, and joy to so many others. Proud to be your dad. Happy birthday, darling ❤️.” On the professional side of things, there’s been much talk about Aikman’s broadcasting future, with the former quarterback currently in the final year of his five-year, $90 million contract with ESPN.  “I don’t really have an answer there,” Aikman said on the “Sports Media with Richard Deitsch” podcast last month. “I don’t really know. I’ve had no conversation with anyone from Bristol as far as what this means for me.”

The couple — who also shared daughter Laurette — was married for 65 years until Hayden died in 2016. “If you ever see footage of me — when they announce my name — you can see me pause and wait a moment,” she shared in a 2010 interview about winning the Oscar. “Jeff had his thumb on my thigh; I couldn’t get up. So I slowly walked up and said something like, ‘I’m so excited I might have the baby right here.'”She ultimately gave birth two days after accepting her award. She later called Brando (seen here together in 1954) “probably the finest actor I’ve ever worked with.” Corbis via Getty ImagesSaint won the Oscar for Best Supporting Actress in 1955 for “On the Waterfront” (as seen here). Bettmann ArchiveDuring the same interview, she recalled the intense auditioning process for the role, where they asked her how much she “weighed, [her] height and [her] bust size.”“And I thought, “This is silly. This is not for me. I want to stay in the theater. Which I think I certainly would have had we stayed in New York,” she explained before reminiscing about meeting Brando and improvising a scene together.“He put the radio on, and we started dancing,” she said. “He did something to flip my skirt, and I was so embarrassed I cried a little bit afterward. It was too much; it was all too much. But Kazan saw the chemistry, and he could see that it could work for the movie.”Saint went on to gush about Brando, calling him “wonderful” and “probably the finest actor I’ve ever worked with.”Saint, who was pregnant when she won, shared two children with her husband, Jeffrey Hayden (seen all together in 1957). California Man's Arrest Sparks Outrage After Shocking Family Revelation New

California Man's Arrest Sparks Outrage After Shocking Family Revelation

A California man who allegedly impregnated his 14-year-old daughter was arrested in Mexico after being wanted in connection with the death of their newborn, authorities said. Mexican authorities confirmed they rescued the teenage girl, according to a Monday, October 5, news release from the Monterey County Sheriff’s Office, which said the FBI was also involved in rescue efforts. “During the rescue operation, Sergio Galvez Perez was arrested after he was found in possession of narcotics,” Monterey County Sheriff Tina Nieto said in a statement. “Mexican authorities are aware of the pending charges against him in Monterey County for crimes committed against [his daughter]. [She] is safe and is currently in the care of local authorities in Mexico.” Perez’s arrest comes after the sheriff’s office revealed the body of a newborn was found along the side of Struve Road in Monterey County on August 1. Investigators learned Perez’s daughter allegedly gave birth to the baby girl on the road, put the infant on the ground and left. Authorities believe Perez was the father of the newborn, referred to as “Baby Angelita.” The baby’s death set off a search for both the 14-year-old and Perez, who was accused of hiding his daughter from law enforcement. Arrest warrants charging the teen with murder and Perez with multiple felonies in connection with the baby’s death were issued, per the sheriff’s office. Nieto said during an August 31 news conference that the infant’s life “was tragically taken.” The sheriff also acknowledged the teen is “a victim because of the sexual abuse by her own father.” The Monterey County District Attorney's Office said they hadn’t decided whether to charge the 14-year-old after arrest warrants were issued, according to CBS News. The district attorney’s office said on September 2, “We recognize that the 14-year-old is a victim of her father's abuse. No child should ever have to endure such horrific circumstances.” Perez is charged with incest, lewd or lascivious acts with a child under 14, lewd acts with a minor, unlawful sexual intercourse, child concealment and child endangerment, according to authorities. The 14-year-old’s mother, Ofelia Garcia Ortega, was previously arrested on a child endangerment charge in connection with the investigation into the baby’s death. She was released from jail after posting bail, according to the sheriff’s office. It was not immediately clear whether Perez or Ortega, 36, had retained legal counsel. The sheriff’s office said a news conference will be held to discuss additional details on the 14-year-old’s rescue and Perez’s arrest in Mexico. “This remains an active investigation. No additional information will be released at this time,” the agency said. If you or someone you know is experiencing child abuse, call or text Child Help Hotline at 1-800-422-4453.

After three decades of marriage, Tim McGraw is still head over heels in love with his wife, Faith Hill. “30 years, today. 30 years of our marriage,” McGraw, 59, wrote via Instagram on Monday, October 5. “That day, October 6, 1996, under an old locust tree (I think) in my Aunt’s backyard in Rayville, Louisiana, I stood there and watched my future walk towards me with the sweetest man I’ve ever known, her father Ted.” The country singer continued, “In front of our closest family and friends, I was bound to the most beautiful soul. A lady that was glowing in my eyes, expanding my heart and giving me all the love she had.” While sharing throwback photos and video clips with his wife, McGraw celebrated the life they created, which includes daughters Gracie, 29, Maggie, 28, and Audrey, 24. “I was and still am bewildered by her capacity to love, forgive, nurture and be full of joy and laughter. She is a gift to the world for sure, however, for us, we get her, all of her,” McGraw wrote via Instagram. “And I (and my girls) know who is ours, completely. It’s difficult to describe what she means, she is the center of gravity to my life and our girls’ lives and anyone who knows Audrey Faith McGraw.” The Grammy winner continued, “I love you baby. You are my best friend. My lover. My wife. My shelter in any and every storm. … Many more beautiful memories to come.I am a fortunate man.” Although Hill, 59, is not currently on social media, the country singer has previously gushed about her husband and the father of her three daughters. After McGraw released his 2023 album, Standing Room Only, Hill proved to be her husband’s No. 1 cheerleader when she wrote via Instagram, “Still after all this time and so many albums, you never cease to amaze me. You are an absolute master of your art. In every way. Congratulations!!!!!! My love. We are so proud of you.” As the couple prepare for another decade in their love story, McGraw previously reflected on how much the pair has accomplished on and off stage. “We have been through so much together, our girls growing up, me trying to grow up, and you, you, you, always there, always there for all of us when we fell, always you when we triumphed, always you,” he wrote via Instagram in October 2025. “When we love, when we live, when we think of how to love, live and dream, always you. You are my girl, I love you with a fire that grows each passing year.”

Brooke Elliott's Emotional Farewell Sparks Buzz After Sweet Magnolias Axed New

Brooke Elliott's Emotional Farewell Sparks Buzz After Sweet Magnolias Axed

Brooke Elliott is finally speaking out after Netflix's shocking decision to cancel Sweet Magnolias. "To everyone who loved us, we love you just as much in return," Elliott, 51, who played Dana Sue, wrote via Instagram on Monday, October 5. "I will miss this cast and crew dearly." She concluded: "Here’s to the beautiful Sweet Magnolias ... one last time ... Pour It Out ." News broke last month that Netflix chose not to renew Sweet Magnolias for a sixth season. Instead, the streaming service ordered a new drama series from creator Sheryl J. Anderson — with JoAnna Garcia Swisher set to executive produce and potentially star in. “All grand adventures must eventually end," read a post from the show's official Instagram account. "And here, dear friends, is where ours goes. Sweet Magnolias is now complete with five seasons streaming on Netflix." The show’s creator teased her next chapter with Ladies of the House. “I’m thrilled to be embarking on this new adventure with JoAnna and Netflix,” she said in a statement. “When Jo shared the novel with me, I immediately saw the foundation for a series centered on three women grappling with the complexities of family, friendship, and romance — the kind of stories Jo and I most enjoy telling. I cannot wait to share the Richardson women and their world with Netflix’s global audience.” Swisher, 47, also weighed in on the decision to adapt Ladies of the House, which is a modern retelling of Sense and Sensibility. “From the moment I read Lauren Edmondson’s Ladies of the House, I fell completely in love with Daisy, Cricket and Wallis: their relationships, their messiness, their strength, and most of all, their heart,” she said. “I am beyond excited to continue to tell meaningful, female-driven stories alongside the incredible Sheryl J. Anderson, and to bring this to life through our production company Rolling Clover and with our wonderful partners at Black Label.” She concluded: “Netflix has been my creative home for the past seven years, and I couldn’t imagine a better place, or a better team, to tell this story.” Other Sweet Magnolias stars have since addressed the show’s abrupt cancellation — including Jamie Lynn Spears. “I can’t put into words how much the people who make up our Sweet Mags family mean to me, and that’s not just the producers, cast, crew & @Netflix who are like actual family at this point, but also each of you who watched and became a part of our family as well,” Spears, 35, wrote via Instagram in September. “It’s so rare to have five seasons straight be #1 around the whole world, in a business where getting a 2nd season of anything is almost impossible these days.”

Florida Teacher in Hot Water After Alleged Classroom Incident New

Florida Teacher in Hot Water After Alleged Classroom Incident

A middle school teacher in Florida was arrested after she allegedly dragged a student out of her classroom by the arm in an incident caught on security cameras. Fada Concepcion was arrested on Thursday, October 1, on suspicion of child abuse without great bodily harm following the alleged incident that took place on Tuesday, September 29, while she worked as a seventh-grade science teacher at Tuskawilla Middle School in Seminole County. Investigators said that the confrontation between Concepcion, 52, and the student happened during third period. Concepcion allegedly grabbed the male student by the arm and pulled him roughly 20 feet from the classroom and into a hallway. The Seminole County Sheriff’s Office said that authorities learned of the incident after the student reported it to school officials. They then reviewed surveillance footage and contacted law enforcement. Concepcion later spoke to deputies and disputed the characterization of the incident, insisting she had “no recollection” of dragging the student. Instead, she said she simply escorted him from the classroom. The teacher appeared in court on Friday, October 2, alongside her attorney, Tony Duran, who argued that the incident wasn’t severe enough to be considered child abuse. “The student was misbehaving, and my client used the word ‘escorting’ … the detective used the words ‘drag,’” the attorney said, according to FOX 35 Orlando. “Basically, grabbed the child by the arm and took him out of the classroom – and there’s no indication in this probable cause affidavit that the student was injured in any way, no bruising on the arm, no other type of injury,” Duran continued. “Child abuse requires more than just touching a child.” Despite the attorney’s argument, a judge found probable cause for the case to proceed. However, the judge did reduce Concepcion’s bond from $5,000 to $1,000. Additionally, Concepcion was barred from contacting the student, and she is not allowed to return to Tuskawilla Middle School. As she left the courtroom, Concepcion gave her attorney a thumbs-up following the bond ruling, per FOX 35 Orlando. Seminole County Public Schools has since placed Concepcion on administrative leave as the investigation continues. “We take all allegations involving our students’ safety and well-being seriously and will respond quickly,” a district spokesperson said in a statement. “This teacher is currently on administrative leave pending the outcome of the investigation. We will continue to work closely with law enforcement and the Office of Professional Standards in accordance with district policies and procedures.” It is not currently clear whether Concepcion has entered a plea in the case. Duran did not immediately respond to Us’ request for comment regarding the case. If you or someone you know is experiencing child abuse, call or text Child Help Hotline at 1-800-422-4453.

Heartfelt Tribute: NFL's Mitch Morse Mourns Brother Robbie's Tragic Passing New

Heartfelt Tribute: NFL's Mitch Morse Mourns Brother Robbie's Tragic Passing

Former NFL center Mitch Morse announced the death of his brother, Robbie, in an emotional social media post.  “Last week, we lost my brother Robbie at the age of 30,” Mitch, 34, shared via Instagram on Monday, October 4. “Robbie’s life was unique, and at times incredibly difficult. But through all of it, he was surrounded by family and friends who loved him profoundly.” Robbie suffered severe brain trauma while in the care of a babysitter when he was four months old. Mitch was four years old at the time. The tragic incident in 1996 left Robbie with serious intellectual and physical disabilities for the duration of his life.  “As we grieve the loss of a son, a brother, and someone who has been a part of our lives for the last three decades, we also find peace in knowing that the physical shackles of this life no longer hold him,” Mitch continued. “Robbie is free. He is whole. And he is home with our Lord.” The NFL star concluded, “We love you, Robbo. Rest easy, buddy.” Mitch played 10 seasons in the NFL with the Kansas City Chiefs, Buffalo Bills and Jacksonville Jaguars. He announced his retirement in March 2025.  “Sending love to you and your family. ❤️,” the Bills commented on Mitch’s post.  Former Bills quarterback Mitch Trubisky — who now plays for the Tennessee Titans — wrote, “Sending love and prayers your way brother! ❤️❤️.” “Love you brother. Prayers to your family. I know you were the best big brother. ️,” commented former NFL center Justin Britt, who played with Mitch at the University of Missouri.  Growing up, Mitch learned quickly that Robbie’s needs often superseded his out of necessity.  "There were some really tough days that molded us as people, molded us as a family, brought us tighter together," he told The Buffalo News in 2019. "And absolutely, there was no chance in hell I was going to be an extra burden on my family. That was the last thing I wanted to do.” It was determined that Robbie suffered a bilateral subdural hematoma, consistent with a baby who had been severely shaken. The babysitter, who was roughly 20 years old, later confessed to police that she had shaken Robbie when he would not stop crying.  “There's never been a moment that we've thought about any kind of retribution. Not one moment," Mitch and Robbie’s father, Kevin, told The Buffalo News in 2019. "Every friend of mine would have told you, 'Well, I thought he would go over there and kill her. Literally.' But [that feeling] never came out, it just went away. This was just about Robbie and Mitch, and that was a complete waste of emotion. It was time to focus, and that's what we did.” Kevin added, “Every once in a while, we think of her. But all you feel is kind of pity and sadness. But I also think maybe it kept her from ever shaking her own children. I have no idea if she had kids of her own, but hopefully she did and I guarantee you she would never shake another child." The babysitter ultimately reached a plea deal and did not serve any prison time.
