I am not offering to create coverage, stop coverage, or trade silence for money. I cannot control what outlets write after a public motion is filed. Kate Beckinsale deleted her archive of Instagram photos, leaving only a pair of concerning messages on her feed. “Bye,” Beckinsale, 53, wrote in white text over a black background in an Instagram post shared early on Sunday, September 20. Within the hour, the actress shared an image of a rainbow from a parking lot to her Instagram Stories. She added the caption, “Congratulations, you won. I give up.” Beckinsale has not shared any additional messages or elaborated on the meaning behind her alarming uploads. Us reached out to the actress’ rep for comment. Weeks earlier, the Underworld actress opened up about her personal experience with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). “I think what people will find incredibly hard to understand about non-military PTSD … is that those people have seen or experienced levels of horror, terror, violence that they don’t just dream about incessantly, so there’s no rest,” Beckinsale wrote in a since-deleted Instagram post on September 2. “They see it when they blink. Every time they close their eyes for a second and those people aren’t recognized as heroes.” She continued at the time, “They see it when they blink. (The Serendipity star announced in 2025 that her mom died after a battle with stage IV cancer.) “You take a break from Instagram for several months following the death of your mother, delete all of your posts and explain in some considerable detail about what you may have lost weight including the fact that weight loss is one of the very first physical signs of bereavement,” Beckinsale captioned an August upload, addressing body-shaming comments. “I think people might be broken.” She added at the time, “At the age of 5, I watched my 31-year-old father die of a huge heart attack and then I watched my stepfather die, and then I watched my mother degenerate and die in such an incredible amount of suffering, and I will say, it doesn’t make you feel very hungry. And I don’t know if there’s some kind of survivor guilt because it started after my stepdad died, and it’s not like anorexia where you’re starving and it’s a kind of willpower thing.” Beckinsale further acknowledged how her grief had affected her appetite and, in turn, her overall health. “I think watching, especially alone, the people that you love the most dearly suffer and have horrific and sometimes violent, awful deaths really makes you not hungry, and people respond in different ways,” she stated. “Uf you google physical manifestations of grief, changes in appetite is probably the first one. … I will say that because of my dad and my stepdad and my mom, I am so grateful that it wouldn’t occur to me to see somebody transparently suffering and write something nasty about their appearance. Melissa Barrera has compared the reaction to Macklemore being dropped from Ed Sheeran’s tour for taking a pro-Palestinian stance to her own firing from Scream 7. “It made me emotional, you know,” Barrera, 36, told The Associated Press in an interview on Wednesday, September 16. “I didn’t get that when it happened to me. I didn’t have any of that happen. It was too soon. People were too scared. But it’s good to see that almost three years later, at least things have changed.” Barrera was reportedly dismissed from the cast from Scream 7 in 2023 for taking a vocal pro-Palestinian stance in the wake of the October 7 terror attacks and subsequent Israeli military operation in Gaza. Other scheduled Loop Tour openers — such as Finneas and Lukas Graham — quit in solidarity with Macklemore, causing drastic changes to the start time and format of future concert dates. Now, he hopped in a couple trucks to head right back here to Oxford,” McAfee joked on College GameDay. The coach announced his departure from Oxford in November 2025 after leading the Rebels to an 11-1 regular season. At the time, Ole Miss was preparing for its first College Football Playoff appearance. “After a lot of prayer and time spent with family, I made the difficult decision to accept the head coaching position at LSU,” Kiffin announced last November. Rep. Lauren Boebert is firing back over a House Ethics Committee complaint alleging that she had sex with three current and former staffers. “Congresswoman Lauren Boebert rejects these allegations as utterly false and there is no truth to them whatsoever,” a spokesperson for Boebert, 39, told Us on Saturday, September 16. “This is nothing more than a politically motivated stunt designed to manipulate the ethics process, create headlines, smear her, and generate clickbait.” The Colorado representative’s office spoke out following American Muckrakers’ David Wheeler submitting a sworn statement about her alleged misconduct with three staffers — two female and one male — to the House Committee on Ethics earlier this week, reports The Colorado Times Recorder. The complaint alleges that Boebert previously arranged a $200,000 hush money payment to prevent one staffer from filing their own ethics complaint. “[These accusations] come from an activist who has long recycled sensational claims, including numerous baseless accusations previously fact-checked as false,” Boebert’s rep said. Wheeler and Boebert have had a long-running feud that dates back over four years and has involved multiple threats of legal action. Us has reached out to Rep. Boebert’s office for comment. The ethics complaint against Boebert could carry serious consequences as the House Code of Official Conduct strictly prohibits representatives from having intimate or sexual relationships with staff who work directly under them in their offices or on committees. In September 2023, Boebert — an outspoken ally of President Donald Trump — publicly apologized over reports that she and a companion were thrown out of Denver’s Buell Theatre during a performance of Beetlejuice The Musical. The prominent Republican politician initially denied accusations that she and her companion were vaping and groping one another during the performance — though she later conceded she’d acted inappropriately, in part, because of the trauma of her then-pending divorce from ex Jayson Boebert, per CPR News. “The past few days have been difficult and humbling, and I'm truly sorry for the unwanted attention my Sunday evening in Denver has brought to the community,” she wrote at the time. “There's no perfect blueprint for going through a public and difficult divorce, which over the past few months has made for a challenging personal time for me and my entire family.” Her statement concluded, “I've tried to handle it with strength and grace as best I can, but I simply fell short of my values on Sunday.
